As a GTARA volunteer, there are several ways you can contribute to the Total Rewards and Human Resources community. Volunteers will:
- Participate in diverse teams;
- Share your expertise within and across our committees;
- Contribute to the evolution and advancement of our profession and member community;
- Earn professional development units.
Key accountabilities include:
- Contribute to writing engaging member content
- Manage social media channels and member homepage
- Preparing and posting content via various communication channels
Ideal candidates are:
- Curious
- Collaborators
- Problem solvers
- A member of the GTARA or HRPA
- Committed to participating in meetings and seeing projects through to completion
Time Commitment
- On average, 1-2 hours per month
