Dear Members, It is an honor and privilege to serve you as the President of the GTA Rewards Association (GTARA). The commitment from our members and volunteers inspires me and the Board to further engage and grow our community and we are grateful to build upon the collective contributions from previous Boards and members. We aim to enable the GTARA Mission - ideas, connections, growth - to deliver on our commitment to deliver member value and build our presence in our communities. Ideas.Ideas as we continue on our strategic path of delivering high value thought-leadership seminars and education, and even more exciting career growth opportunities. Member access to top-tier networking and learning events, and we continue to advance the professional practice of Total Rewards through the delivery of focused courses in partnership with WorldatWork. Connections.Connections are a cornerstone of the GTARA’s ongoing commitment to our members. We continue to engage with all members through a holistic social media presence, information sharing and engaging events. We continue to cultivate enriched connections within the next generation of talent through our ongoing commitment to Student Outreach leveraging HR related programs with local universities and colleges. Growth.Growth of the Total Rewards profession across the GTA by innovating and striving for excellence in everything we do for our members. We continue to provide opportunities for volunteer experience through various committees and Board roles which we post to ensure we continue to provide opportunities for personal and professional development.
