The GTARA is excited to announce that we are hosting our first-ever Sales Compensation workshop on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
The in-person workshop will be led by our collaborators Stephen Hornberger and Emilia De Simone; top industry professionals with extensive, first-hand experience in this field.
This Sales Compensation workshop is designed to provide you with the foundational knowledge to design, implement and manage sales compensation programs. Some of the content areas are as follows:
- Best practices in Sales Compensation plan design, an examination of key design principles
- How to design Sales Compensation plans that drive the right sales behaviours, exploring various role types and how to align plan design with the required sales activities
- Plan evaluation and monitoring – how to determine if your sales compensation plans are achieving the desired outcomes
- The Sales Compensation design process – how to manage these projects internally, key participants, the steps involved, and lessons learned
- Sales Compensation plan governance, administrative policies, and how to minimize risk in your program
