Back by popular demand, the GTARA is excited to announce that we are hosting a Sales Compensation workshop on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
This in-person workshop will cover foundational elements of sales compensation, and will provide participants with an opportunity to work through a case study in small groups. This session will be led by our collaborators Darren Tse and Louis-Philippe Beaupre, who are top industry professionals with extensive, first-hand experience in this field.
This Sales Compensation workshop is designed to provide you with the foundational knowledge to design, implement and manage sales compensation programs. Some of the content areas are as follows:
- Best practices in Sales Compensation plan design, an examination of key design principles
- How to design Sales Compensation plans that drive the right sales behaviours, exploring various role types and how to align plan design with the required sales activities
- Plan evaluation and monitoring – how to determine if your sales compensation plans are achieving the desired outcomes
- The Sales Compensation design process – how to manage these projects internally, key participants, the steps involved, and lessons learned
- Sales Compensation plan governance, administrative policies, and how to minimize risk in your program
