Our 2nd Annual GTA Total Rewards forum aims to bring together TR and HR professionals to explore current challenges and opportunities in rewards, incentives and performance strategy.

This year, the forum will address the potential impact of the current economic and political climate; building resilient and high-performing organizations.

A moderated discussion, to explore how Canadian companies are responding to the current economic pressures, namely tariffs and increased uncertainty.

Explore how Canadian organizations are adapting to THE changing landscape on how companies are addressing DEI and ESG initiatives AND HOW TO  stay true to your values and build an inclusive workforce.

Breakout 2: Pay for Performance – Communicating Value and Driving Impact

Learn how to better communicate rewards, link compensation to outcomes, and ensure alignment between employee effort and business performance. Best practices for pay-for-performance strategies in times of uncertainty.

Breakout 3: Levelling up – Building Influence

Learn to develop influence, communication, and business partnering skills. This is a skill building session for early and mid-level professionals.
